Petloss

Pet Loss is a place of healing where those who understand come to reach out to others. Together we grieve and together we heal. We all have our own ways of helping others. Some do with words in verse or heart felt words that they are near. Some do with silent prayers, prayers for another's peace of heart while the silver tears of their own loss are still flow. Some do by reading another's post and sending them wishes of healing.

All come here alone and lost, guided here by a fur baby who wishes us to be with others who can touch our very being by being there. All shed silent silver tears for another's loss.

All here are a family, a heart family brought together by loss and kept together by love. Each has value beyond mention. Each heart that opened up to true love of a soul mate is worth more then the most valued jewel. Each of your hearts glow with the true love of a soul mate. I give my hand to you in friendship and thank you for being my heart family. Petloss is a healing place of caring hearts. so please keep being you and and giving of heart and self.

For what you give in your own special way brings joy and healing to others because you stopped to care and say a silent prayer.

Love On The Rays Of The Sun

Each morning begins here at Rainbow Bridge the same way for everyone here. we gather together at the bridge and reach out and hold on to the next one and whisper into the wind good morning Momma and Papa. We hear you whisper back on the rays of the sun that we are always loved. I am always near, never doubt that. I come to you in many ways. I am in the silver tears that wash the pain away so please when you feel them upon your face let them flow and bring you healing. I am in the gentle rain that falls and brings new life. I am in the trusting eyes of a fur baby who you have reached out to and give a chance at happiness too. As you find healing with others at PetLoss I am there. After all I lead you there. There is a one who guards PetLoss and I know your heart is safe there.

I want you to know I am never alone here I have made many friends as you have. A great and wise Silver Wolf and a blue eyed angel are always near to comfort and be given a paw to hold. They know how to tease and make me laugh to bring a smile back to my heart. Like the Silverwolf I watch over my loved ones. Not a moment goes by that i don't think of you. Not a night goes by that I don't visit your dreams and gently caress your cheek as you sleep. As I look around here at those around me I see all are strong and whole again. Often we brag about how proud we are of you. Of how you were there when we needed you the most. To hold us close to your heart as we started our journey to the Bridge. We felt you near even if we slipped away in our sleep or while you were at work. We are bonded as one, two hearts that beat as one. So we don't have to be in the same place to be together, a silver thread joins us as one. So many stories about how each met their loved ones for the first time. And knew in a heart beat this one is mine. Memories of joyful lifes some are together many years and some for a short time. But love can be given in a heart beat and last forever.

Some here Had never known a gentle touch till a loving heart reached out and showed them caring. So when it was time to go they took that love with them to the Bridge. Each morning they wake they don't remember the bad times they remember you and your face is the one of love. Your gentle touch brought healing to a wounded soul, trust to a lonely heart.

So you have nothing to feel guilty for do you? You are the ones who opened your hearts to true love and let us in. You gave us more love in a smile or a touch then many have ever known.

Each night just before we close our eyes to rest, we whisper hello to you and say see you in my dreams. Where we will touch again. Always in my thoughts, always in my heart Always in my soul.

I Am Here

When you look into the summer
sky I am there. When you look into
the eyes of a true friend I am there.
When you hear a song that touches
your heart it is I. When you feel the
sun on your face it is a million kisses
from me. When someone calls you
friend it is me saying those words to you.

Look into the night sky and see
the stars twinkle back at you it is a
message from me saying find joy, I
want you to be happy and find laughter
in your life. When you give to others
you are giving to me and I am there.
Let other's touch your heart because
I am reaching out to you through them.
When you let someone in you will
see the joy of love and be forever
with me. Love never ends.

Not a night goes by that I don't touch your
heart with gentle touches of love.
You are the face of caring and family
that I hold dear and near.

we still touch and dance in our dreams.

I gaze at your rainbow resting place
and wish you peaceful dreams
I keep you near for in our dreams we
touch, again floating on the stars
You are the face that is in my
dreams as I call your name

Dream glances of peaceful
angels of the Rainbow.

Yesterdays Yet To Be

It has come to this moment
when I stand before the dawning
of a new day. Do I walk into the light
or do I turn back to my yesterdays?

The fear of the unknown stops me
from stepping forward. The memories
of my yesterdays call me back to their
embrace. Do I belong to the yesterdays
that have been or the yesterdays
yet to be?

So many times these questions have
run through my mind with many others.
The voices who speak on the winds
are not clear. I only hear the echo
of their call.

One foot forward is all it would take
to feel the warmth of tomorrow's
touch. One stronger voice
becomes clearer.

Take that step into the warmth
your memories of the ones
who traveled on before you
take each step with you. We
are never far from you.

Our images are engraved on your
heart, our love is forever your's.
Now I stand at the dawning of
a new day, walking into the
yesterdays yet to be knowing
that I don't take it alone.
