I have seen the morning sun
rise upon my window panes.
I have seen the glory of the sun
as sets at end of day.
I have seen rebirth in the
beginnings of each new day.
I have heard the sounds cast
in my mind of words unsaid.

On a clear day, I can see
forever in the skies above me.
I have seen the love as soft
eyes gazed gently into mine,
I have known love on four legs,
more so than ever I have two.
I have had the pleasure of time
that stands still in my mind.

I have shared the silver of
the teardrops as they fell,
I have heard the words of
others in much pain.
There have been things I
know left unsaid as time heals,
But I have sensed those
teardrops fall like rain.

It is known the pain of words
written for this heart that hurts,
And words fill the gap that time
has not yet felt the need to erase,
You too have words that you too
have yet to speak or write,
About the great hurt of the tears
that you wet upon your face.

So let we who care share your
pain with you my friends,
Let not ever the glory of the
rainbows shine be for naught.
One day more shall we rise
to smell the beauty of the rose.
And once more in the web of
great love shall we be caught.

Yes you have known the glory of
the sunrise as it burst upon the land,
And seen it slowly drift across the
meadow gently kissed with dew.
You have felt its warming rays
spread and warm your very soul,
And you have known the love
of four legs, just as you have two.

You know this life as it stands
is not without its grief,
So Live on this life that you
know you must fulfill,
Until that day that you are
called upon to go,
And you will see the sunlight
shine again upon your sill.

Not every angel will have wings we can see
We may not see a halo or flowing robe of white
But we can depend on them to always be there
And trust that they will fill our life with light

Some angels keep their wings pulled tight,
And keep watch o're our nights and our days
Some are angels unaware who are sent to help
Meeting needs with loving and caring ways

Not every angel resides in heaven above
Some walk with us here on this earthly plain
Some will hold to our hand for a lifetime
Some cross our path to help ease our way

Our hearts are forever linked, we are part one of the other
We bound our souls together and a journey we began
We faced the world as one as we traveled through this life
We chose our trail and then began walking hand in hand

Now I continue the journey on the path we had chosen
And as I face our path alone and you travel on ahead
I know that you are also here to guide and guard my steps
To help me to keep true to the path where once you lead

And though now there is only a single set of footprints
I do not fear for I know that I still travel on with you
I feel you as you continue to lead and guide my steps
As you continue leading me from just beyond my view

Hello my family is me. I wanted to tell you how I am and what I have been doing. I start each day off my saying good morning to you and sending you my love in the rays of the sun. I have many friends here, we reach out to each other here like you do in Pet Loss. we each have a place where we can sit and gaze into the blue water that run under Rainbow Bridge. Here we can watch our loved ones and whisper to your heart.

Is a beautiful place here the colours glow with the warmest of love and the Angels of the Rainbow watch over us until we are one again. Not a moment goes by that I don't think of you. Not a day goes by that I don't feel the warm touch of the memories we share. So many times I stop and smile thinking of how you would buy me the most wonderful toys and I wanted the box they came in. I would hear you laugh as you watched me run and play with my new toy. The joy in that laughter is always with me. I always knew I had a place all my own in your heart and that I always will. I have always known what was on your mind as you knew mine. It was that bond that joined us long before time. The bond that was written in the stars. Please remember that is always and forever. I have pictured what it will be like when is time. I will sense you near and will look up and see you coming towards me. I will run to you and feel your gentle hugs and kisses. Our tears will flow and the healing of reunion shall be. Of course I shall show you off, I boast about you all the time and tell of my pride in you. I will say here is my loved one with such a wide grin that all will know how much you mean to me. I know is hard waiting, is never easy to wait for what you wish with all your heart. Remember for me that one day we will be as one again forever and always. I will send you others to warm your lonely heart and when you hug them you also hug me. Through them we will touch again and they will have a home which is your arms. You have so much love to give just reach out and give of it to others. Like you have always done for me.

I am now going to my spot by the waters of the bridge and send this letter to you on the winds of peace. Till our day of reunion look into the stars each night and the star that winks at you is me.
