Sakari felt a gentle nudge. “Time to wake up Lil’ One.”
She slowly opened her eyes and found herself
looking into the eyes of a regal silver wolf.
She had never seen eyes filled with so much
caring wisdom before.

She started to look around, at first she had
thought she was in the backyard beside
Daddy's beautiful waterfall. She had heard
the water singing when she first woke up.
The water she had heard was the bluest of
blue water, flowing below a magnificent
bridge. Above the bridge a rainbow glowed.

A blue eyed angel came and sat beside the silver
wolf. The lil’ angel rubbed her head against
Sakari's. “Who are you? Where am I?” she
whispered to the pair sitting before her.
Both of them looking at her with the same
understanding look.

"I am Pooky," the silver wolf told her. The sound
of his voice eased her fear. "This is my sister,
ShiShi. You are at Rainbow Bridge and we
are here to reach out to you as our Daddy
is reaching out to your Mommy and Daddy."

”Where are my Mommy and Daddy? I hear my
Mommy calling my name, she sounds sad.
She needs me.” Pooky leaned down so he could look
into Sakari's eyes, “Your Mum is home, you
journeyed on ahead of them. Don't worry;
it is only a separation of bodies, not of hearts.
One day when it is time they will follow, they
will hold you again.”

Sakari asked, “Who is going to be there
for my mum? Who is going let the others
out in the morning?” Her ears perked as
she heard her Mommy whisper, “I
love you Kar-Kar.” “I want to play ball
with my Daddy.”

”Lil’ One, one day you will feel your
Mommy's hugs again and you will
play ball with your Daddy. When
that day happens you will never be separated
again. You will be untied forever.”

ShiShi came up to sit close to Sakari,
”We will show you how to watch over your
paw parents, and show you how to ride the
winds of peace to their side so you may
give them kisses in their dreams.”

”Till then you have many others here to lean
on. They will be here with you again
before you know it. You will feel them near
as they arrive. You will look in the
distance and there they will be.”

”Now come with us, we will show you
where the reflecting pond is, our window
to the loved ones below.”

”Remember Lil’ One, the bond you
share with your paw parents is always.”
